These are the complete minutes that are mailed to the GSR's with one exception: all contact information has been removed. Use the pulldown menu below to access the minutes for the month you are looking for.

These reports are in PDF (Portable Document Format). The PDF version allows you to see the original document exactly as it was published and distributed in our area. You will also be able to control the size of the document for easier reading and viewing.
